Blueberry Protein Pancake

- 1 scoop Vanilla Premium Protein
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
- 1 tbsp almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp frozen blueberries
- Place skillet over medium heat and generously coat with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whip egg whites and stir in premium protein, almond, milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour batter into skillet and add blueberries.
- Cook 2-3 minutes on each side (or until golden brown).
